Applying Your Awareness
of Your Inner Child
- Consider the benefits of creating a loving, supportive relationship with your inner child self. Decide if you are willing to do so. Your commitment is essential. Being sporadic in your follow through will only cause the inner child to become more protective, entrenched, and disappointed.
- Take some time each day and reflect on your growing up. Ask for information and rememberings and notice what comes to the awareness. Make notes. Do this for about a week. You are developing a listening ear which can go far to invite your child self to feel safe to come from behind his walls.
- Spend time each day experiencing the world as a child. Reawaken wonder and imagination. Devote yourself to the moment and see what is revealed. Enjoy…

Having already established the multi-dimensionality of existence and the Cosmos, we begin to explore a critical element of that dimensional awareness: the Inner Child.
The child self has been around for as long as humans have peppered the planet. Look at the fairy tales and the way the innocent one succeeds or overcomes the challenges, how the struggle of good and evil must be overcome, how journeys and adventures are taken, how little ones can communicate with the fairies, animals, and “imaginary beings”…
