Mark has been active in the peace movement since the late 80’s during the first Gulf War. He has been writing that leaned more toward creating the peaceful state within rather than penning protest music. Peace is an inside job. And if Universal Principle[al is accurate in saying that the outer reflects the inner, then war and conflict are reflections of mass inner turmoil.
