Applying Your Awareness
of Your Emotions
- We are here to feel. Feeling requires that you live in your body. This is a great start. The next requirement is that you choose to be aware and pay attention to your body callings, signals, and sensations to discern when emotion has been triggered, is moved, or is releasing.
- Take stock of your current language of emotion. Which ones are you already familiar with? Which are you not willing to access? Be honest. This open the door to change. Start thinking of and playing with sounds in relation to your emotions. Find the sounds that say the emotion clearly to you. You can start using them to facilitate the release of stuck energies. Send them to the place where you feel the sensation or pain or numbness or tingling. Or let the area make sound. Flow with it. Move your body an multiple directions creating new stretches to enable further release of stuck energies.
- Become conscious of each emotion to the point that you know soon that it is active. The body will give you all the clues necessary. This awareness allows you to respond quickly to insure that the emotion clears.
- Emotion is triggered by the moments of living, by our thoughts, by our dreams, by music, by movies, by sound. Pay attention and become open sensorily to insure you receive the body signals.
- Whenever you move emotion it creates a space energetically. Soon after you feel complete moving the energy, send Light or color or intention or fresh ideas to the area to insure that it maintains the higher frequency you have just reclaimed.

What is the Nature of Emotion?
Emotion…the juice of life…a primary feature of this Earthly Dimension…the reason galactic beings are lined up to incarnate into this land of tears and laughs and all the in between. Emotion has been called energy in motion. As a cosmic force it enters in purity through the back side of the sacral chakra. It is transmuted into the variety of feelings by circumstance and choice, at least in the beginning. Emotion moves. It has a designed flow of stimulus, expression, release, and refill. This is the design of our energetic and physical being.
Unfortunately, too many have learned to interrupt the flow, the emotional cycle that leads to balance, and this has made all the difference in this dimension…so much so that this transition time into the age of Aquarius is in many ways, a response to the inner chaos that has evolved in humanity… a Cosmic Intervention to give us back the keys to our original uncompromised vehicle and allow us a reboot into balance and beauty.
