- To be aware is to pay attention. To pay attention is to keep witnessing consciously the inner and outer forms of your moments.
- Awareness is sense based. The primary sense for inner awareness is touch. Monitoring for sensations and symptoms of energy movement and emotional flow is really what is needed to stay energetically.
- In our moments of living we often move from environment to environment, person to person, situation to situation….each has a particular, identifiable energy about it. Learning to notice the nuances is very important as we can pick up random energetic debris anywhere. Noticing shifts of mood, sensations in the body, emotional responses after entering or leaving a space is very useful. Clearing them after we leave, at least, is essential.
- Remember, the body stores the unexpressed energy of a moment in the chakras with the intention to clear it through contacting the conscious self. Ignoring it builds an increasingly toxic residue.
- Learn the location of each in body chakra. Debris will speak from there most often. Noticing allows you to consciously clear what has been triggered and is calling for release. The root is at the perineum, pointing towards the earth. The sacral is two inches below the navel. The solar plexus is at the stomach just below the rib cage. The heart is in the center of the chest, The throat is there. The third eye is between the eyebrows and up over the ridge in the center of the forehead. The crown is the top of the head, specifically the soft spot in an infant.
- Pay attention for stirrings in those areas. A call requires focus to assist the release. Consistent care will, at the least, prevent more energetic debris from being stored on top of what is already there. To clear completely, one must engage in specific activities.
- Become aware, also, of your particular sensations that accompany the emotions of fear, anger, and sadness. Recognizing them can assist you in taking action on supporting the full release of the emotional energy…the desired goal. In particular, fear is a Sacral Chakra issue; anger is a Solar Plexus issue; and sadness/grief is a Heart Chakra issue.
- Because your energetic anatomy consists of additional frequency based energy bodies beyond the physical, one’s awareness must extend outward to the last one to be completely effective. There are eight energy bodies: physical, etheric, emotional, mental, astral, etheric template, celestial, and ketheric. Each impacts awareness and experience.
- According to Barbara Ann Brennan there are auric layers as well surrounding the body, each serving a particular purpose. The first handles protection of life energies. The second screens feelings and emotions. The third filters ideas and beliefs. The fourth attracts and repels relationships. The fifth attracts, repels, and sends guidance. The sixth opens to choices and enacts decisions. The seventh connects with spirits and Spirit. The eighth broadcasts karma and absorbs power. The ninth connects with others based on soul issues. The Tenth mirrors beliefs, serving as a second self. The eleventh commandeers force. The twelfth links with the energy egg, and connects human and divine selves
- The point of all this is that we have a lot to be aware of. This is where personal energetic boundaries come in. A boundary is designed to keep one’s own frequency in balance by keeping out lower frequency energies. Maintaining healthy boundaries is critical to being able to function from center in this dimension.
- Awareness allows you to sense when your boundaries are threatened and to determine where the intrusion is…as well as locate the kind of energy. A boundary is spherical.
- You can set your boundary by speaking your full birth name seven times. You can use the Tibetan mantra Hung Vajra Peh to set your spherical boundary as well. The Hindu mantra Om dum durgaye namaha also serves to set your boundary calling upon assistance from the deity, Durga. In Wiccan traditions one casts a circle to create protection and energetic isolation. Breathing and intending can also set up a field that is functional.
- Use the Egyptian Huna empowerment, Suh Htep Nah along with a cutting motion downward with the hands across the chakras to clear energetic cords that have been put in place by interactions with others. Do it when you leave
- Awareness can also give you insight regarding the body meridians, or channels of energy. Often you will feel a zing sensation at a point in the body. Typically this is an indication of a blockage along a particular body meridian. Rubbing it or providing pressure with a finger or object can assist in clearing the channel. Pay particular attention to sensations at the end and inside/outside of the fingers and toes as these are access points for the meridians. Give them a rub or a squeeze to clear.
- Your own Inner Child Self communicates through body sensation and emotion. This is the case until you open up additional means of two way communication through dialogue and non-dominant writing. Taker these aches, pains, and sensations as the child’s need to be heard, acknowledged, or supported.
- By the way, pain is a call for attention. The greater the pain the greater the urgency. Ignoring it by medicating, addiction, or distraction is foolish. Lear to listen and respond.
