The evolution of the times has brought a host of new paradigms. One of critical importance is the movement of the major grounding chakra up from the Root into the Heart. The foundation and building substance of all life is Love, the highest frequency kind. Foundation is gained by running everything through Love and the expanding heart chakra.

Connecting to the earth is powerful and necessary. Aligning to the guidance from the Cosmos via the crown is expansive and helps to grow our awareness and comfort in the dimension. But the center of both of these flowing elements is the Heart Chakra.

Concentrated focus on the heart chakra empowers the opening to the point that it becomes powerfully inclusive. The nerve ganglia in the heart area are the most of anywhere in the body, including the brain. As the center of our presence and power we can run life through it. Learning to do so involves a consistent focus on the area and a willingness to think, decide and respond through it.

• Breathe into it
• Speak from it.
• Make connections to others with it and from it
• Put time into consistently expanding its spherical energy
• After clearing energetic debris, you can begin a forgiveness process aimed at yourself and others. Open to it and you will receive guidance and how-to
• The more you ascend the more you will open to warm-heartedness automatically by letting in the Christ Light.
• Picture your heart chakra glowing and send the energy to all sentient beings you come across.
• Generosity and gratitude will expand the heart chakra as well, bring in more reasons to be be generous and grateful.
• Ask Archangel Chamuel to dissolve any blocks to your willingness to use unconditional love
• When you transcend the lower aspects of the heart you can connect with the Cosmic Heart and be more expansive and expressive with the growing love you receive.
