It is becoming very clear that we have not been living the life of the frequency that we are by design. The loving impulse of the Cosmic intervention is changing that is an increasingly dynamic way. Just notice how your life is over the last several years. Notice the speed and thoroughness of the changes that are occurring. Notice how the world looks, feels, and is different. Notice how your thoughts and your focus are in these new times. And know that by noticing any of the above you will initiate even more pronounced energetic clearing, shifting, and realignment to bless you and your moments of living.

Choosing to live your life in the heart space is a conscious celebration of your willingness to be true to your whole self in an authentic way. Living beyond the traditional normal and the bought into limitations is not an option worth considering any more, no matter how familiar and comfortable it feels. These are not the times of restriction, they are the evolving times of expansion.

Here are some cues and some directions in which you can choose to live the active, open heart way:

• Be in consistent gratitude, choosing to witness the beauty of the flow, the manifestation of aligned moments, the natural world, your self, others and spirit
• Allow your self to flow with life rather than resist the forms that are magnetized your way. As your Higher Self is orchestrating the forms and the players to present you with the greatest opportunity  to remember who you are and prove it to yourself, you might as well accept that what is here is relevant and filled with potential.
• Choose to connect with all forms of life, seeking the interrelationships that sustain the Whole. A foundational way to do this is to deepen your observation, acknowledgement, and experience in nature. See how much is there to support you. Enjoy it and build the inner knowing that raises your vibration into a place where you can start applying this knowing to your human relationships
• Choose to be as energetically clear as you can. Doing so removes the further storehousing of the unexpressed moments of living.In the meantime make daily effort to release and clear old energies through focused inner work with sound, movement, vibrational therapies, or in sessions with a facilitator. If you have been traumatized then seriously consider working with a somatic therapist to release the visceral debris.
• Befriend emotion and learn to recognize the unique flow of each. Knowing their symptoms allows you to direct the energies into proper and complete experience and release. Doing so will seriously diminish old patterns and the tendency to hesitate in life.
• Know that from the heart space you are in the center of your being, constantly in tune with the nuances of your inner world and able to call upon all of your faculties to facilitate the deepest experience with the current moment.
• Choose to trust life. The chaos is honestly a man made fabrication that we have come to accept as the way it is. Underneath this smokescreen is a loving Universe that has only your best interests in mind, assisting you mightily in remembering your Truth.
• Choose to live in alignment with the Laws of the Cosmos. Learn what you are capable of by design and then live as if from now on.
• Choose to be playful and celebratory much in the innocent and honest manner of the precious child who is safe and filled with wonder.
• Accept that this is a Multi-dimensional playground that is unlimited by traditional time and space fences. Enter your moments knowing that there is so much more than appears at first blush. Expand your senses by invitation and see how they will reveal to you the magic kingdom.
• Choose to have an aware, connected, and responsive relationship with your physical body as well as all your energy bodies. Doing so will reboot the flow of information and the remarkable interconnections of the design that free you to be the master of your moments.
• Choose to make self care your priority, from head to toe, from within to without. Tend your energy garden and provide for all the nourishment and nurturing you need to thrive. Doing so prepares you to be clear in all your interactions, knowing you need nothing from anyone as the Universe provides.
• Create a healthy relationship with your inner child self, providing safety, nurturing, support, companionship, clear communication, witnessing, acknowledgement and celebration, guidance, and re-education. Communicate regularly by paying attention to the callings of your physical self. Live as if you have a constant charge and playmate at your side…because you do.
• Choose to engage the whole design of your senses and expand your experience of this Earthly dimension and beyond. Activate a deeper interchange with your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin, intuition, telepathy, dimensional travel….on and on
• Choose to focus and attend to the Higher Vibrations. These frequencies will eradicate lower frequencies simply through the laws of physics. The more you live there the more life will deliver there.
• Choose to consciously activate your original design in all your dealings. The template must be exercised, claimed, and witnessed into fluid motion.
• Choose to have and engage in an active spiritual life that sees beyond the physical and entertains the grand expanse of the cosmos. Be willing to communicate in a two way flow with the etheric and angelic forms of life to break the illusory boundaries that leave so many historically feeling and living lost and alone. It is simply not so. Speak your birth name and call upon the beings specifically aligned with your true frequency. Then engage them in a natural manner.
• Choose to monitor the inner language to provide the most loving and potent thoughts beliefs and words to flow through and from you. Speak truth and affirm life. Build from within the energetic foundation of connectedness and bliss. Call forth and magnetize the highest good for you through your words and actions. Truly allow the Cosmos to serve you.
• Choose to be actively in service. Put your intentions and energies into thoughts and actions that elevate situations, conditions, and people. Call upon the flow to put you in the perfect place in which to sow your seeds of love and respect.
• Choose to make decisions from your magnificent and expansive heart space. Run decisions and conversations through your heart. Visualize your words coming from that wellspring of most high vibration. Act in good faith on the wisdom that reveals. This conduit must be served so that it can give the whole set of keys to the kingdom.
• Choose to be a willing steward of this magnificent Earth. In though, belief, and action make her well being a higher priority. Witness her beauty. Marvel at her power. Acknowledge her support and call upon her power to serve your moments. Give back by spending time with her, engaging her beauty, and celebrating the awesomeness of her living design.
• Choose to live actively in a sense of wonder, awe and wow. This is a primary purpose for incarnating as it amplifies the flow and exponentially enriches the moment by moment experience of life. Complete the circuit between heaven and earth by living in the child-like pure state that truly does play well with the adult.
• Choose to know that you are creative. Let the ideas flow in through the back of the solar plexus and then refine them through the love of the heart space as they move towards further refinement in the infinite wash of possibility in the third eye and pituitary, to be projected out simultaneously via the focused eye and the throat as audible intentions that surely produce all this or something more magnificent in the fertile fields of Now.
• Choose to be unattached to the outcome, giving more attention to the process of becoming. Your gifts are delivered in nuances by the playful cosmos. Look left and right and use the peripheral to pick up the signpost just behind the tree. Make the journey the grand adventure that simply rewards you with another one.
• Choose to be willing to engage the moment before you. A lot has been in process to bring you this most special gift that will assuredly reveal you to you if you allow it.  Call upon your infinite pool of strength and courage to engage the moments before you.
• Choose to be sensitive to life, calling upon compassionate to send the higher frequency love vibration to any situation or person in need. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Give love first always.
• Choose also to be empathetic to the moments of living for those in your field. Step into their shoes and see through different eyes. Open the gates to a new world of communication strictly in the energetic wave fields. Connect and plant seeds of love in those who make request. Always ask permission before you drop energy onto and into another. Even if you must do it on etheric realms, the heart will deliver the answer. The greater interconnectedness at the hands of the Oneness assures that all are in cahoots with the moment.
• Be mindful of the Grace that flows between the moments. Call upon it and be ready to receive. Send it out to the forms of life before you. Be grateful for its dispensation even if you do not yet see it.
• Witness everything through the energy of the heart.
• Choose to claim your value and celebrate your self esteem, especially in moments of doubt. Breathe into the heart and flood your whole body with the knowing that there is simply nothing wrong with you. Claim and affirm and celebrate your beauty and know that you are always watched over and cared for. It is the Law…

All this and more will bring you home. Again, the conscious choice is what provides the foundational substance to your life and the heart of life itself. Reap the rewards of your leaps of faith as you choose to be higher in the moments before you. It is a process of giving and receiving the energy of I Am Expressing As that which is before you. Honor it and bless it and do everything from the center of your being. Life will love you even more for it…
