The language of Light is frequency based soundings that form an energetic language speaking deeply and transformationally to the cells and the energy bodies. It is a trust based process that allows the opening to the flow of the cosmic guidance. The Higher Self orchestrates a communication channel and the receiver simply lets it flow. Doing it for ten minutes can be a transformational experience.

One begins to vocalize, letting inflection, and soundings, elongated vowels fenced in by consonants, characters, tempos, and pitches to burst forth. Each is a vibrational frequency that is speaking to your cells and whole being, clearing, programming, inspiring, engaging, directing, etc.

It is all about getting out of your own way. It may be a useful activity to record your sessions as further listening does further work and inspires deeper connections.

Practice it daily and allow yourself to take the journey. It may take you to other times and other lands and bring  you in touch with past and future lifetimes. Play with it. Let it serve the greater you. It is a delightful and expansive gift from the loving cosmos…sacred soundings.
