Belief forms from the repetition of a thought. We build faith in an idea and then follow Cosmic Law to manifest in kind to support the belief. We create a tendency to support that belief by aligning energy to perform and call forth all that is necessary to make it so. We interpret our moments through the lens of the belief. It is becomes established and maintains in the subconscious mind until it is changed there.
So we string a succession of thoughts and feelings together so that they eventually become automatic and form a habit, which becomes an attitude. The attitude is a shortened state of being that can fluctuate from moment to moment as we alter how we think and feel. If the attitude is repeated and maintained long enough then a belief is created. A belief is an extended state of being, thoughts and feeling that we keep thinking and feeling over and over again until we hard wire them in the brain and emotionally condition them into the body.
In a way we become addicted to it, which contributes to the difficulty in changing them and why it is so hard and sometimes painful when they are challenged.
Most of the beliefs are based on past memories. Our memories are selective. We hold to what we need to to support the conclusion set in place by the experience. The memory is often less than accurate. As we revisit the memory in thought and feeling and analyze what we remember, we support the creation of an automatic unconscious program. We essentially live in the past.
A group of related beliefs strung together form a perception. The perception of reality is a sustained state of being that is based on long standing beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, and feelings. This subjective view is a reflection of the past experiences and decisions made. Our past then becomes the determiner of how we see the reality before us, how we respond to the moments of living. We become unconscious, not paying attention to what is really there.
So, if we desire to change our perception, we must become more conscious and less unconscious, which requires increasing attention to all aspects of self and life that we have have previously stopped paying attention to. In essence we have to wake up, change the level of awareness, and become conscious of what we were unconscious about.
We must change our state of being, finally seeing the old, limited beliefs as the prejudiced records of the past that they are…and then be willing to let go of them in order to embrace the new beliefs about self that will create the new reality.
It is important to know that beliefs set in place in the past are not necessarily so in the now moment. And yet, we continue the same old, same old devotion to the maintenance of the comfort zone of the known. They reflect our current truth, which then serves to be the magnetic force that attracts the reinforcing forms of our lives.
The beliefs we have bought into create the forms of our lives. They are based on decisions of survival made in our child state. They are familial conditions and mores and injunctions forced upon us by repeated support or consequences. They are the social and cultural tendencies and demands and ways of being that surround us and are replicated into our being by engaging the culture…fitting in.
To change a belief you have to first accept that it is possible, then change the level of energy and heightened emotion that you feed it, and allow your biology to reorganize itself. The reorganization just happens when you change your intent and action to claim and create the new belief. Once the energy of the new decision becomes greater than the hardwired program in the brain and the emotional addiction in your body, then you become greater than your past and your body will respond to the “new mind”, thus affecting real change.
The new thought must be reinforced over and over to allow the repetition necessary to facilitate the change. We must pay attention and make the necessary in the now adjustments to continue to steer us in the new direction. And we must feed the new belief the strong emotional support necessary to
establish the visceral energy that sustains the mental activity. The new experience will reorganize the old programming, and in so doing, it will remove the neurological evidence of the past experience.
The atom is 99.9999% space or interconnected energy, an invisible field of information. The energy appears chaotic, unpredictable, disobeying the laws of time and space. It exists as a tendency, a probability, or a possibility. Your attention, observing, and focus causes particles to appear in the field. When you look away it becomes invisible. We call them in from everywhere through our focus via observation. Thus, anything we can imagine already exists as a potential/possibility in the quantum field, waiting for you to observe it. To make manifest observe, then expect, then embrace with emotion. We can make manifest that which we desire as the cosmic soup is set up for it…
Observations and, more precisely, your expectations command the unformed energy to manifest into physical reality. Expectations are derived unconsciously from your beliefs. Your expectations (which continually command the field of energy to manifest as physical reality) are created by what you believe. Your beliefs are your most practiced, habitual thoughts. They are subjective and true for you alone because you made them so. You can change any belief you choose if you want to align a belief with a desire you have. If you change a belief, then the expectations it unconsciously creates will naturally change as well. Once expectations change, the corresponding physical reality will change for you also, guaranteed…
