Visualisation: Annulling a mystic or other past life marriage

When you are fully relaxed, picture yourself entering an ancient temple or cave. You have come before the priest or priestess who officiated at your mystic marriage to have the marriage dissolved. You are standing opposite your mystic marriage partner. With your inner eye you see that there are cords linking your crown chakra, your third eye, your heart, your solar plexus and your sacral and or base chakras. The priest or priestess releases the cords from each of the chakras in turn and makes a mystical sign that heals and seals each chakra. The priest then speaks words that dissolve your mystic marriage on all levels and for all time. Your dis-union is blessed, allowing the divine energies to flow over you both bringing healing. Say goodbye to the other person. Wish them well in their future. Accept their blessing and good wishes for your own. If appropriate, forgive yourself and them for any mistakes you may feel you have made. Then turn and walk out of the temple. Accept the congratulations of those who await you. Be joyous in your separation. Reclaim your power as a separate being. When you are ready to close, surround yourself with a protective bubble of light. Feel yourself whole and healed within that space. Then slowly return your awareness to the room and open your eyes.

Visualisation: Cord Cutting

Settle yourself comfortably in a chair. Breathe slowly and easily and relax. Picture yourself standing in a meadow or on a beach or other comfortable place. Mark out a circle at arm’s length all around you on the ground (you can use paint, light or whatever comes to mind). In front of your circle, but not touching it, draw another circle. Standing in the centre of your circle, ask that the person with whom you wish to cut the cords will come and stand in the centre of the circle in front of you. When the person is there, explain why you are doing this work. Tell them that it will not cut off any unconditional love between you but that it will free you from all the conditioning, the expectations, the oughts and shoulds, promises, karma, etc, that have arisen in other lives or in the present one.

Then ask to be shown how the links between you manifest themselves. When you can see these clearly, ask to be given the appropriate tools to remove them. Remove them from yourself first, and then from the other person. (If you find this too difficult, ask for a helper to remove them from the other person.) Pile the cords up outside the circles. As you work, heal and seal each place with light as the cord is removed. Make sure you get all the links, especially those around the back or in hidden places.

Now slowly bring your attention out from your physical body through the various layers of your biomagnetic sheath until you reach the outermost edge. If you find any cords, or hooks, attaching you at these subtle levels, dissolve them with bright white light, a crystal or other appropriate tool and seal the place where they have been with golden or pink light and unconditional love and forgiveness for yourself for becoming attached.

When you are sure you have removed all the cords (except those of genuine pure, unconditional love), ask for healing light to surround you, and the other person, so that all the places can be healed. Then let unconditional love and forgiveness flow both ways between you. Give and accept forgiveness as appropriate.

When this is complete, move the other person back out of your space to their own space, back to where they belong. (They will most probably move out of sight. If there is any problem with this, ask for a helper to escort them out of your space. If the person is a current partner, then it may be appropriate for them to remain within sight but out of your personal space). Now turn your attention to the cords. See a big, blazing bonfire and throw the cords onto this. As the cords burn, the energies in them will be transmuted and released. This is your creative energy, let it come back to you, helping the healing process. Move as close to the fire as you can, drawing in the transmuted energy. Fill yourself up with the energy. Let it empower you.

When you feel ready to complete the process, move back to the place you started from. Notice how much lighter and freer you feel without those cords weighing you down. Let the edges of your biomagnetic sheath crystalise to keep you free from inappropriate connections. Then slowly let yourself become aware of your body sitting in the chair, of your feet on the floor and your connection to the earth. Enclose yourself in a bubble of light. When you are ready, stand up and move around.

12 Energy Techniques to Maintain Center and Balance

1. Earth Star Chakra

This chakra is about 18 inches below the feet in the earth functioning much like a pate to stand upon. It focuses Earth Grounding and cleansing energy and directs it to the root chakra via the left foot/leg. Visualize cleansing Light and power moving up through the left leg in a tube that circulates through the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras, cleansing and recharging energetically. Toxic energetic debris is then channeled down a tube in the right leg to be released to the earth for cleansing and recharging.

2. Central Meridian Zip Up

The meridian from the pubic bone up the front of the body to the upper lip can become weak and scattered energetically, leaking life force and balancing vibrations. Starting at the pubic bone bring the fingers of the left hand up to the bottom lip three times to close off any leakage. Use this to increase confidence and self esteem, to think more clearly, to tap your inner strengths, and to protect against negative energies around you.

3. Lazy 8’s and Lollipop Guild Dance

When brain hemispheres lose balance we oscillate between analytical and emotional. It is advisable to return to a balanced place to allow clarity and availability of both. For the Lazy 8 use both arms in a swaying motion left and right across the front of the body moving from the hips, making sure to cross the center line of the body. The arms and hips combine in a figure 8 movement. The Lollipop guild dance has the opposite leg and arm moving simultaneously to the other side crossing the center of the body. Right arm across to left as left leg crosses in the right direction, twisting at the waist. Watch the Munchkin Dance in the Wizard of Oz fro a delightful example.

4. K-27 Thump

At the intersection of the clavicle and the sternum are two points along the Kidney Meridian. Follow the clavicle inward to the center and find the bumps where they stop. Then drop down about an inch and slightly outward into a slight indentation to find K-27. Cross arms and with fingers thump each point for about 20 seconds. This will flip your energies around if they have started flowing backwards. It will energize you and focus you if you are lacking attention or drowsy.

5. Thymus Thump

At the center of the sternum about 2-3 inches below K-27 breathe deeply as you tap firmly with four fingers of each hand for about 20 seconds. This will stimulate all of your energies, boost your immune system, and increase your strength and vitality.

6. Frontal Occipital Hold

Hold one hand on the forehead and one on the back of the neck covering  where the skull meets the spine. Focus on relaxation, slow breathing, and releasing old patterns. Use when you are stressed or challenged and are on the brink of a fight/flight response.

7. Karate Chop E.F.T.

Tap both hands together at the point midway between the wrist and the base of the pinkie repeating the phrase, “Even though I feel________ I completely love and accept myself”. Use to break an emotional state or a pattern of behavior.

8. Throw a Tantrum

When frustrated or angry stomp your feet upon the earth and, if able, flail the hands and make sound as well. This tantrum moves the energy build up of anger and re-grounds you as well.

9. Lung Points and Sternum Points

When sadness and grief and tears are emerging stimulation of these points can encourage the deeper release of what is underneath the rising emotion. The lung points are the tender points outside of the sternum on the pectoral muscles just about directly above the nipples. Keep working them until the tenderness recedes or the tears flow or both. The Sternum points are at the base of the sternum. Push until you find a tender point. It can immediately start the flow of tears. Massage until release takes place. Periodic massage of each of these points will keep emotional debris moving out.

10. Dance and Sing

Regular dancing and singing will keep the system open and flowing, cleansing chakras and energizing the spirit. Dancing to Salsa will cleanse all chakras at once…have fun most of all. It is not the steps but the intention that is the key.

11. Nightly Expression cleanse

By creating the space to speak out loud all the leftover unexpressed frustrations of the day, you cleanse the energy that can be stored during sleep. Repeated storing can easily lead to a physical condition requiring your attention. Do it in the shower for a double effect of the spoken word and the water binding the negative vibrations and sending them down the drain.

12. Breathe

Full breathing will provide the prana to cleanse, clarify, and energize the cells. Breath of Fire will energize you. Breathe in through the nose to the diaphragm as quickly as you can for a minute.  Connected breath will amplify an emotion and encourage the flow of that emotion to full release. Breathe in and out through the nose with no pause on the intake or the release, like a circle. Do this for at least a minute or until the desired release takes place. Keep returning to this breath, even when you start to forget to breathe.
