The Throat chakra is about communication, translating emotion into sound and language, speaking one’s truth, and setting intention into action with the word. It is in direct relationship with the Sacral chakra in that the unsaid words are often the wounds contained in that lower belly space. Any clearing done there will open the throat up as well. Daily clearing through expression of the unsaid goes a long way in insuring that no more energetic debris is held to disempower one’s moments.

The Third Eye or brow chakra is the launch point of the clarified vision. It is the window to clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsensience as it serves to funnel guidance from multi-dimensional sources into the conscious space.
