The Heart Chakra is where love is put into motion. It holds the energies of sadness and grief as well. Our capacity to give and receive love is contained here. We tend to carry the unexpressed wounds as tears here, impacting mightily the respiratory system.

The High heart is a recently revealed and evolving chakra that is riding the new currents of foundation Love frequency to open compassion, empathy, and Oneness with all of Life. The energies of the current times are feeding this chakra especially with the intention of shifting the focus, intention, and actions of humanity to become a flowing, nurturing community. Color is pink and the pitch is F#.

Combining these two into one super chakra at the center of our being is evolving into its function as the new root, as well. Living from this center changes not only how life shows up for us but also how we live and love inside.
