The chakras  follow a predictable sequence of opening, awakening, and maturing, followed by revisits intending a more significant clearing and reactivation.. The centers are aligned and active just before conception, but go to sleep just after. Beliefs and intentions carried in the external spiritual centers are programmed into the body through interaction with the DNA strands. The external centers then hibernate so as to not interfere with the energetic requirements of the physical. The seven in body chakras activate first from the root upward in sequence.

From 14-21 begins the additional yearly recycle of each of the in body chakras to readdress and heal childhood issues. Chakras 8-12 then continue to awaken every seven years through age 56.  Additionally a second cycle of awakening begins at age 21 with Chakra One then moving  to the next in ascending order every seven years. This allows conscious healing based upon wisdom and maturity and rate of personal vibration. It recycles through the in body seven only.

Knowing this process allows you to:

     1.  Use physical symptoms to define the emotional, mental, and spiritual components of an illness
     2.  Trace emotional issues back to the development of a certain part of the body or to the age of origination. This helps to reprogram self destructive beliefs and chart a new course.

     3.  Isolate mental and spiritual beliefs impacting to help heal emotional and physical issues

     4.  Awaken repressed memories to assist understanding, clearing, and healing

     5.  Understand the origin of physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues

     6.  Assist in being a knowledgeable parent to support them through each stage of development

     7.  Better parent our own inner child

     8.  Make appropriate  and wise decisions by pinpointing current developmental stage.

     9.  Better understand , how, why and where others are stuck.
