- Any activation or healing of DNA is actually increasing the efficiency at which DNA communicates to the body.
- It is required that we learn to and choose to talk to our cells and DNA, otherwise the system is dormant in a maintenance cycle. This activates the DNA to format and configure just what is required in the moment.
- So, basically, what is required like in so many of these spiritual tools, is that we pay attention. Redirecting consciousness to watch our body feelings and sensations, the forms of the moments, and our responses or reactions to those forms reveals much. The higher we move in vibration the more we are invited to alter our patterned reactions to life. Sliding ever closer to living in the moment we learn to focus and attend to the edge, that spot between then and now. Here we find our power and our capacity to activate our inner resources.

Once again, the information creates the release of the inner understanding particular to your frequency and form. Trust this. Affirm it. Call it forth. Seek guidance. Communicate with the cells. See what happens.
- Monitor your thinking and behavior that has you giving up your new awareness and falling back to the way it has been. The momentum of the past programming is strong. The new awareness becomes washed over by the routines of your life if you allow it. Become like a little child and anticipate beauty and wonder all around you. Expect that life will continue to increasingly reveal more to you. Experience things as if for the first time. Call upon all of your senses to be present and spend time with each in each experience. It may be the accompanying taste of the moment’s form that kicks in the expansive awareness and ah ha moment.
- In these higher frequencies you are being asked and directed to live differently, more openly, with more trust, with more wonder, with more gratitude, with more grace, with more compassion and empathy, with more self love, with a greater willingness to embark on the next adventure…your willingness to do so stimulates deeper awakening and calls upon the DNA to give you more of what you really are.
