Chakras spin. They are vortices of energy at the front side and the back side of specific in body locations. When energy is held in the chakra from not expressing, then the chakra rate of spin becomes compromised. The balance is upset and conditions begin to develop. It would follow that conscious attention to the balanced rate of spin for each chakra would be useful.
According to Cyndi Dale, there is an inner and outer cone in each chakra, each spinning in a different direction. Spinning each with your hand will get a sluggish chakra going.
Focusing on the front side start at the root and spin your hand in a clockwise motion for 10-15 revolutions. Shake the hand off towards the Earth and then move to the next chakra. Do this for all the in-body chakras including the Crown. After doing all seven in an ascending order, then reverse and descend through each stirring in a counterclockwise direction.
Doing this once daily is advisable but at least several times a week would be useful and supportive to your overall health.
