Compassion flows through intention out of the expanded heart chakra.  Let’s do that:

1. Become aware of your connection to the Earth through your feet and sense red light moving upward towards the heart
2. Become aware of your crown chakra and visualize white light pouring down through it towards the heart.
3. Breathe to the heart several times deeply. Now breathe once in and pull the red light up from the souls of the feet to surround the heart.
4. Breathe again and pull the white light down to the heart as well
5. Visualize them mixing in a sphere of clockwise movement to make a stong pink color that oscillates.
6. Continue breathing into the expanding heart chakra and allow the pink light to spread throughout the physical body, and then out to all the energy bodies until you are encased in an oblong sphere of pink color.
7. Allow this Light to wash completely through you bathing the cells and tissues and atoms and molecules in beautiful compassionate energy that infuses Love into all. Let it do its work as we sing Heart please open wide, free the Love I I Am inside, heart please open I Am I Am
8. Now extend both palms out in front of the body and intend the sending of compassionate frequency and energy to whatever you choose. As you send it allow the reservoir to fill by pulling from above and below the red and the pink colors.
9. Practice intending compassion to people, places, things, and of course, Gaia herself. Begin to be conscious how important it is to have a consciousness that sends this out. Remember to feed yourself the vibration as well.
